Red, White and Blue Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe with Rubbermaid

This is a sponsored post for Rubbermaid. However, all my thoughts and opinions are my own.

Summer is here, the kids are home ALL DAY and that means snacks are being eaten like crazy (especially with 4 kids). Since Summer can be a little chaotic and the pantry is empty it seems by each night, I like to make some healthy snacks in bulk and store them in my Rubbermaid EasyFindLids so this Mama can have a free moment to relax! Read on for my Red, White and Blue Frozen Yogurt Bark recipe!

Red, White and Blue Frozen Bark Recipe

  • 32 oz Greek Vanilla Yogurt (I like to use whole fat yogurt. If you use non-fat, it can be a little runny)
  • 5 large sliced strawberries
  • 4-5 oz of raspberries
  • 8 oz of blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey

In a bowl, mix the greek yogurt, honey and vanilla. Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper and spread the yogurt evening using a spatula. Sprinkle sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and granola on top. Place in the freezer for 3 hours to set. Break your frozen bark apart and store in Rubbermaid EasyFindlids! This is an easy, healthy fun Summer snack for kids, or parents too!

Why I use Rubbermaid..

I immediately store them in my fabulous Rubbermaid EasyFindLids containers! EasyFindLids™ snap to bases and similarly sized lids, so you can always find them when you need them. Since they’re stackable, these Rubbermaid containers take up less space in my cabinet. That makes this Mama jump for joy!

EasyFindsLids storage containers are freezer safe, microwave safe and top-rack dishwasher safe! I also want to note they are BPA free. Woohoo!

I have the Rubbermaid EasyFindLids in a variety of sizes and I love the vented lids as well! These are not only perfect for storing my baked goods, but makes my life SO MUCH EASIER when I’m meal prepping for the week. Plus, when I’m entertaining and have a gazillion things to do, making these ahead of time and storing in my Rubbermaid takes some of the stress away when it comes to Summer snacks! My husband even uses the smaller sizes for salad dressing when he takes his lunch to work. There are a plethora of ways to use these babies! You can find these Rubbermaid products, HERE.

I love when my followers make my recipes and share pictures! Send them my way over on Instagram and I’ll share it to my stories! Let me see your version of my red, white and blue Frozen Yogurt Bark recipe!
