Easy No Bake Granola Ball Recipe with Rubbermaid

Before Summer winds down, I wanted to share an EASY and tasty Summer snack (it’s also great for after school for those of you with kids starting soon)! These granola balls require NO BAKING and only have 5 ingredients! I store them in my Rubbermaid EasyFindlid Containers to keep them fresh. This is the perfect grab and go snack during your busy Summer and after school, my kids can grab a couple conveniently from the fridge. So read on to get this easy granola ball recipe and learn about my favorite food storage containers, Rubbermaid!
No Bake Granola Ball Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of honey
There’s literally nothing to it! Get out a large mixing bowl and pour all the ingredients in. Mix it up until all the oats are sticking together. I use a spoon and my hands to roll the balls together. If you have a nut allergy, you can easily replace the peanut butter with sun butter. I have a son, who I do this for and he loves them just the same! This recipe makes approximately 30 granola balls.

SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! This festive #stpatricksday recipe is the perfect lunch/snack for everyone! Being the Irish gal that I am, I like to make fun recipes for the kids and this one is s favorite.
•puff pastry sheets
•corned beef (or you can use pastrami)
•Dijon mustard
•Swiss cheese
•clover cookie cutter
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Use your cookie cutter on the puff pastry. Add Dijon mustard, corned beef and Swiss cheese to half the clovers. Put the remaining puff pastry on top. Use a fork to put down the sides and seal the puff pastry. Then, brush egg wash over them. These will bake for approximately 20 min. Trust me…..these are super easy to make and soooo yummy! #puffpastry

SAVE AND SHARE MY MOST VIEWED RECIPE ! This is one of my favorite and most watched recipes and for good reason! My Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake is SOOOO easy to make and perfect for brunch! This can also be frozen and eaten later! Don’t take my word for it….make it and let me know how fast it was devoured.
•4 large croissants
•12-16 oz of cubed ham
•6 oz of shredded gruyere cheese
•6 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
•1/2 cup chopped chives
•6 eggs
•1 cup half and half
•1 tsp. honey
•1 tsp. Dijon mustard
•salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375. In a baking dish (spray with non stick spray) add in croissants, ham, cheese and chives. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, honey, mustard and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bake and press down with a fork. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 50 min. This is such a great family recipe and feeds a good amount of people.
