Puff Pastry Raspberry and Cheese Danish

I had quite a few comments asking if my recipe videos were accessible on my website. Although, older recipes of mine have been written up, my most recent Instagram reels haven’t. Well, you’re in luck! I’ve added my Puff Pastry Raspberry and Cheese Danish up on the blog and it’s amazing! Trust me, you’ll want to try it. Plus it’s so easy, what are ya waiting for?

Instead of having you read a novel and scroll through a ton of ads to get to the recipe, I’m adding it right below along with the original link to the video on my Instagram. I always hate when I come across a recipe online, that I have to scroll for 10 minutes in search of the actual recipe. I don’t want to deal with the mumbo jumbo beforehand, just give me the recipe, haha!

Puff Pastry Raspberry and Cheese Danish

Sharing my #puffpastry Raspberry and Cheese Danish 🙌🏻 This is easily one of Neil’s favorites that I make (and mine). It’s soooo easy and oh so good. Using store bought puff pastry, this recipe it quick, tasty and you’ll look like a skilled baker with this pretty lattice pattern 😂🙌🏻 So try it out and let me know how much you love it! I love seeing all of you sharing my recipes to your stories too! Thank you so much!

•store bought puff pastry sheet
•8 oz of cream cheese (room temp)
•1/2 cup sugar
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1 egg yolk
•fresh raspberries or jam
•powdered sugar
•sliced almonds (it you like nuts)

Preheat oven 400. This bakes for approx. 25 min. Cut slices into each side of puff pastry leaving a good portion in the center for the filling. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk and spread on the puff pastry. Add fresh raspberries to the cheese mixture and then fold each side one at a time to make a lattice pattern. Brush egg over the top and stick in the oven. Finish it off with sliced almonds and powdered sugar! #easyrecipe #pastry
