Before Summer winds down, I wanted to share an EASY and tasty Summer snack (it’s also great for after school for those of you with kids starting soon)! These granola balls require NO BAKING and only have 5 ingredients! I store them in my Rubbermaid EasyFindlid Containers to keep them fresh. This is the perfect grab and go snack during your busy Summer and after school, my kids can grab a couple conveniently from the fridge. So read on to get this easy granola ball recipe and learn about my favorite food storage containers, Rubbermaid!
Ingredients:
There’s literally nothing to it! Get out a large mixing bowl and pour all the ingredients in. Mix it up until all the oats are sticking together. I use a spoon and my hands to roll the balls together. If you have a nut allergy, you can easily replace the peanut butter with sun butter. I have a son, who I do this for and he loves them just the same! This recipe makes approximately 30 granola balls.
Why I use Rubbermaid
I immediately store them in my fabulous Rubbermaid EasyFindLids containers! EasyFindLids™ snap to bases and similarly sized lids, so you can always find them when you need them. Since they’re stackable, these Rubbermaid containers take up less space in my cabinet. That makes this Mama jump for joy! These make the perfect after school, Summer or even post work-out snack!
EasyFindsLids storage containers are freezer safe, microwave safe and top-rack dishwasher safe! I also want to note they are BPA free. Woohoo!
I have the Rubbermaid EasyFindLids containers in a variety of sizes and I love the vented lids as well! These are not only perfect for storing my granola balls, but makes my life SO MUCH EASIER when there’s an easy snack my kids can grab on their own. My husband takes a few to work in a smaller container and I love the convenience of grabbing a couple on my way out the door to run errands! There are a plethora of ways to use these containers!
