My Easy Jalapeno Popper Recipe
Summer time in our house means BBQ’s multiple times a week; especially on Sundays. We call it “smokin Sunday” and we smoke a variety of meat, fish, vegetables and even beans on our Traeger grill. Not only does it taste amazing, but it sets up my husband for all his lunches he brings to work for the duration of the week. One of my favorite things to make on the grill is my super easy jalapeño popper recipe especially for BBQs and parties. They are seriously a crowd pleaser, if I do say so myself. My Super Simple Cherry Pie Recipe
Am I not a baking machine this last week or what?! Every year, I take the kids fruit picking in the Summer. My last recipe post was on my delicious peach crumble that you can check out, here. We also went cherry picking that day and I love love love to make cherry pie not only because it’s simple and quick to make, but it’s also scrumptious! SAVE THIS RECIPE! These Ham and Gruyere Hand Pies are SO SIMPLE to make and DELICIOUS 🙌🏻 These make for a fun brunch/lunch idea and will be loved by all. You can also make in batches and reheat for later! You can even use that leftover ham from the holidays to make these too!
•preheat oven 400 (this will bake for 15-20 min)
•puff pastry cut into 12 equal sizes
•leftover Holiday ham for the win
•gruyere cheese (Swiss or brie work too)
•Dijon mustard
•egg brushes on the top
Make sure to use your fork around the edges to push the two pieces of pastry together for when it cooks. Cut a few small knife holes in the top to prevent bubbling. Enjoy! #handpie #puffpastry #puffpastryrecipes #forthoveofmeat

•mini muffin pan
•store bought puff pastry
•brie cheese
•cranberry sauce
•fresh rosemary
Preheat your oven to 425. Do not put these in until your oven is preheated! Place squares of puff pastry into the muffin pan, followed by cubes of brie cheese and a scoop of cranberry sauce. Bake for 10 min and add rosemary sprigs for garnish. It’s that easy!!! #easyrecipes #holidayrecipes

SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! Super easy and fun to make with the kids, these Puff Pastry and Nutella Gingerbread men are the perfect easy holiday treat!
•1 pack of store bought puff pastry
•Nutella
•powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 400. Roll out the puff pastry, spread a thin later of Nutella and add the second piece on top. Don’t forget to use the rolling pin to thin out the puff pastry. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the shapes and bake for 15 min. Sprinkle powdered sugar to the top.

•puff pastry cut into squares
•fig jam
•goat cheese (cream cheese if you aren’t a goat cheese fan)
•walnut pieces
•mini muffin pan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray and place one puff pastry square in each muffin area and push down. Add a teaspoon of goat cheese and add the fig jam on top. •Puff pastry
•pesto (I love the Costco pesto!)
•egg for egg wash over the twists
