Pancake Painting With Noshi Food Paint

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Noshi Food Paint. The opinions and text are all mine.

Every weekend, Neil and I make pancakes for the kids. It’s definitely a part of the Wagner routine on Saturday and Sundays. Sometimes, Neil will oblige and attempt to make whatever shapes the kids request (I think the best was Nicky’s demand for Blanca’s head from Street Fighter). Pretty sure that didn’t turn out so well. Ha! Anyhoo, while at Walmart, I picked up a fabulous new product called Noshi Food Paint. Read on to find out why my kids love it and how it added to our pancake experience!

I love finding new organic products that are actually tasty! Noshi Food Paint is made from organic fruit puree with NO added sugar, salt or preservatives. Kids can use this to decorate their meals and then eat their masterpiece! Trust me when I say my kids had fun painting and then eating the “eyeballs” they made on their pancake. The devouring was just as much fun as the painting!

Noshi Food Paint can be used in replacement of jelly, or syrup or just about any type of spread! It’s not only a fun condiment that I will forever stock in our kitchen, but very practical as well. Also, Noshi Food Paint gets my picky eater, Will, to eat things he wouldn’t normally eat! I love that it gives my children more responsibility in food prep making them eat more. And that’s a win in this Mama’s book!

Today, the kids asked for pancakes large than their heads! Luckily, that’s a pretty easy shape to make and so we got out all the ingredients for our Sunday pancake painting day! Noshi Food Paint comes in adorable little boxes with three different edible colors: red (strawberry), yellow (peach), and purple/blue (blueberry). I gave each of my kids their own box of colors and we decided to make funny faces on our pancake heads! It was awesome to see them laughing and having so much painting their food. Nicky is adamant that he wants to do this with every meal now, including chicken strips ha ha ha!
