Over the last year since our backyard by System Pavers has been finished, we’ve really loved utilizing it regularly to spend time together. With 4th of July approaching, I wanted to spruce up our space to give our family an All American themed BBQ party while we celebrate. Read on to see how I decorated our amazing backyard and learn about System Pavers and the quality work they do!
About System Pavers

Their 25 year workmanship warranty, comprehensive design services, and average 95% satisfaction rating set them apart and allow them to provide the best quality products and customer service. System Pavers has numerous locations throughout the country and also offer competitive finance options for those who need it! I also want to mention their awesome website where you can track your projects progress, make payments and also reach your team for any questions you may have.
We truly love every inch of our backyard. It’s been a little over a year after install and we are ecstatic with the feel and look of our space. You can see our BACKYARD REVEAL POST, HERE. The turf is awesome! The kids can play and have water fights, shoot the hose, etc., and we don’t have a muddy mess to clean up or deal with flooding. It looks gorgeous all year long and the maintenance is minimal. Our pergola is another favorite installation in our yard. It keeps us shaded and cool in the Summer and in the Winter, Neil and I sit out under it and listen to the rain (staying dry of course)! All in all, it’s one of our favorite places to spend as a family and we will do so for many years to come!
This year, I decided to decorate our yard for the 4th of July. I pulled out all the stops including our wooden lawn games like Dice, Connect Four, and the wooden tower (Nicky likes to build castles using those, haha). Laura and I worked on the balloon garland, which is a MUST, and it hangs perfectly from the pergola!
I decorated our outdoor seating area and dining table. It wouldn’t be complete without festive pillows (I’ll link below) and a red, white and blue tablescape! American Flag cookies, cupcakes and fruit salad were scattered atop along with lemonade as we prepared the grill for dinner.
As the kids dance around to music on the turf, Neil and I sat on the couch watching lovingly. We love spending time as a family. Without the help of System Pavers, our dream backyard would never have come to fruition.
Happy 4th of July! Stay safe, healthy and happy!
