Blue and White Chinoiserie Outdoor Table Setting for Spring
Ahhhhh! Spring is upon us! The weather is slowly beginning to warm up and with daylight savings, we get that extra hour of sunshine into the evenings. So, of course, that means outdoor dining! I found the most adorable melamine plates for the perfect blue and white outdoor table settings for Spring. Check out the post to see a piece of chinoiserie heaven!
My name is April, and I have an obsession with anything blue and white, especially dishes. When I found these blue and white chinoiserie melamine plates, it was love at first sight. The pretty bamboo trim gives it that extra little detail. I used wicker plate chargers and found some fabulous plastic/silver flatware (super inexpensive BTW) to use outdoors. SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! We LOVE camping and I always make a batch of these to take with us or to make there! Sure, we make s’mores over the fire, but these are fun to bake at home or bring with ya! You CANNOT mess this up! It’s only 4 ingredients and super easy!
•milk chocolate bars
•prepackaged cookie dough (or make your own from scratch)
•jumbo marshmallows (I cut into 3rds)
•graham crackers
Preheat oven to 375 (these will bake for approximately 10-15 min)
On parchment paper, put Graham crackers first, followed by chocolate and then marshmallows. Pile the cookie dough on top and press down. Bake for 10-15 min and there ya have it! Ooey gooey goodness! Try these #smorescookies and let me know what you think! #cookierecipe

This past weekend it snowed here in the foothills and now today it’s going to be 80…. Today will be spent gardening. SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! This festive #stpatricksday recipe is the perfect lunch/snack for everyone! Being the Irish gal that I am, I like to make fun recipes for the kids and this one is s favorite.
•puff pastry sheets
•corned beef (or you can use pastrami)
•Dijon mustard
•Swiss cheese
•clover cookie cutter
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Use your cookie cutter on the puff pastry. Add Dijon mustard, corned beef and Swiss cheese to half the clovers. Put the remaining puff pastry on top. Use a fork to put down the sides and seal the puff pastry. Then, brush egg wash over them. These will bake for approximately 20 min. Trust me…..these are super easy to make and soooo yummy! #puffpastry

SAVE AND SHARE MY MOST VIEWED RECIPE ! This is one of my favorite and most watched recipes and for good reason! My Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake is SOOOO easy to make and perfect for brunch! This can also be frozen and eaten later! Don’t take my word for it….make it and let me know how fast it was devoured.
•4 large croissants
•12-16 oz of cubed ham
•6 oz of shredded gruyere cheese
•6 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
•1/2 cup chopped chives
•6 eggs
•1 cup half and half
•1 tsp. honey
•1 tsp. Dijon mustard
•salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375. In a baking dish (spray with non stick spray) add in croissants, ham, cheese and chives. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, honey, mustard and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bake and press down with a fork. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 50 min. This is such a great family recipe and feeds a good amount of people.
