The Retro Sunglasses Trend For Spring

Quick Read

Over the years, I have collected my fair share of retro sunglasses and never leave home without a pair or two in my handbag. Not only is quality eyewear an important way to keep sun damage around your eyes to a minimum, but there are so many adorable options out there to chose from. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the retro sunglasses trend with cat eyes being my favorite. Today on Champagne Colored Glasses, I write about my favorite vintage sunglasses trend you need this Spring season.

My Favorite Gingham Pieces for Spring

If you have been following me on Instagram, you would see I have a slight obsession for all things gingham this season. Over the years, I have collected quite a few amazing pieces and every Spring, I happily take them all out as well as add to my growing collection. This year for Easter, I even had gingham salad plates! So today on CCG, I am sharing all my current favorite gingham pieces for Spring.

My Experience getting the Vampire Facial

This is a sponsored post. However, all thoughts and opinions regarding the Vampire Facial are my own.

Last week, I posted an Instagram and video story sharing about the amazing new skincare treatment I elected to have done. Looking back, I wish I took better care of my skin in my twenties. Since I didn’t have the wrinkles or the sun spots at 25, I was naïve to think that not protecting my skin in the sun or using any creams as preventative measures was important. Now in my thirties, I so wish I could turn back the hands of time to make more of an effort to take care of my skin.  You just don’t think about that until it’s staring back at you in the mirror, right?! Luckily, there are new inventive procedures and facials out there that are meant to take away some of this sun damage and possibly make you look a bit younger in the process. Today on CCG, I am talking all about the experience I had getting my very first Vampire Facial at the Art of Beauty MediSpa in Danville, Ca.

The Spring Shoes Guide

My favorite time of year is here and with that comes pretty Spring dresses and cute shoes! Although I am a flats kind of girl, I do occasionally find some cute heels that I just can’t resist. From dainty and feminine to bold and colorful, shoes are a great way to polish off that perfect Spring look. In todays post, I have put together some of my favorite shoes this season and most of them are under $100! If you’re looking for some springtime footwear, I’ve got you covered!

I am a huge lover of loafers and continuously catch myself reaching for them every chance I get. I purchased a pair of crochet ones last month and I can’t get enough of them. Another favorite of mine are flat espadrilles which I wore in these looks, here and here. One shoe I absolutely adore is this pair of Jeffrey Campbell gingham flats, which are on sale for $36! If you are looking for a neutral tone to pair with multiple outfits, check out these cute shoes by Born. Last but not least, one of my favorite pairs of loafers are by Stubbs and Wootton. You can even customize your own with initials or even pictures!

So spend Tuesday “Shoes-day” perusing my selection of Spring shoes and let me know which ones you love most!
