Okay, okay, okay…….I love posting about my favorite dresses and the perfect statement jewelry for the season, etc. However, 89% of the time during the week, I am in my “mom uniform” or activewear . Today on CCG, I share with you the best activewear for moms! This usually consists of yoga pants or leggings, cute cotton tops, sweatshirts and sneakers. I top that look off with a ponytail and gasp….no make up! So, I think it’s about time to give some love for the clothing that takes up 1/2 of my wardrobe and show that even wearing activewear, which is super comfy by the way, can also be cute!
SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! This is an insanely easy way to make Raspberry Lemon Tarts with minimal steps and ingredients! As much as I love making lemon curd from scratch, sometimes, it’s just nice to cut some corners!
•6-7 oz of Lemon Curd (I used @mackays) you will have left over. I showed the second half of my tarts being made.
•2 packs of puff pastry
•8 oz of whipped cream (I made my own with heavy whipping cream and a little vanilla extract and sugar)
•20 raspberries
Preheat the oven to 400°. Using a cookie cutter or top of a cup (approx 2 inches), cut circles out of the puff pastry. Place the circles of puff pastry into each mini muffin pan cup. Don’t forget to spray the mini muffin pan with nonstick spray like avocado oil! Place on the oven for 10-12 minutes. In a bowl, add the lemon curd and whipped cream and mix well. Stick in the refrigerator until the puff pastry is baked and cooled down. Add the lemon mixture to the puff pastry cups (tip: take a spoon after the puff pastry comes out of the oven and push the centers in). Add raspberry to the top and a little powdered sugar and there ya have it! Super easy, mini bite size desserts that are perfect for bite sized desserts or a brunch coming up! #puffpastry #minidesserts #easyrecipes

SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! We LOVE camping and I always make a batch of these to take with us or to make there! Sure, we make s’mores over the fire, but these are fun to bake at home or bring with ya! You CANNOT mess this up! It’s only 4 ingredients and super easy!
•milk chocolate bars
•prepackaged cookie dough (or make your own from scratch)
•jumbo marshmallows (I cut into 3rds)
•graham crackers
Preheat oven to 375 (these will bake for approximately 10-15 min)
On parchment paper, put Graham crackers first, followed by chocolate and then marshmallows. Pile the cookie dough on top and press down. Bake for 10-15 min and there ya have it! Ooey gooey goodness! Try these #smorescookies and let me know what you think! #cookierecipe

This past weekend it snowed here in the foothills and now today it’s going to be 80…. Today will be spent gardening.
