Back To School With Walmart

As a mom of four ranging in ages from 4-14, I have my job cut out for me when it comes to back to school shopping and sticking to a budget. Thanks to Walmart, back to school shopping for clothing and supplies was a breeze AND so affordable! Read on to find out why the Wagner family loves shopping at Walmart and what the kids favorite back to school items are.
Sometimes, it can be quite stressful juggling four kiddos. In August, not only do the kids go back to school and have long supply lists, they also seem to grow out of all their clothing. Pile on soccer fees, softball fees, dance etc, and it makes for a budgeting nightmare. Walmart is truly a place I can bring the kids to shop for anything and everything they could possibly need for school and beyond; making them excited and confident to start their first day of school!
My kids LOVE Back To School shopping day! We headed to our local Walmart with the supply lists in hand ready to shop. This is the first year ALL the kids go to school (this mama has cried just a little…okay, maybe more than a little). While on our shopping extravaganza, we picked up four backpacks, lunchboxs, water bottles, paper, pencils, a scientific calculator…..I think you get the jist of it. We literally found every single thing the kids needed to take on a new year of school. Walmart is basically a one stop shop for all your back to school needs and I love it!
Not only did the kids scoop up all of their fun school supplies, they each picked out a whole back to school outfit complete with shoes and backpacks! Walmart carries fantastic quality clothing without the hefty price tag. Emma picked out the most adorable animal print romper, Levi’s denim jacket and sparkly pink shoes to go with her favorite new animal print backpack. The boys both picked out a few t-shirts, some Wrangler jeans and shorts, a plethora of button down tops and some sporty sneakers. Laura, my hard to please teenager, picked out a fun sequin camo backpack and Levis t-shirts and jeans. They will certainly be confident heading back to school in an ultra stylish way!
All in all, our shopping trip was successful. It’s always awesome to feel like you purchased everything you needed without breaking budget. Now the kids can go back big ready to learn thanks to Walmart!
