Back to School Shopping at the San Francisco Premium Outlets

It’s that time of year! Can you believe it?! When it comes to Back to School shopping, San Francisco Premium Outlets is definitely a go-to. With 180+ stores, there is something for everyone in Northern California’s largest luxury outlet. I’ve listed some of our favorite stops below. Read on to share in our shopping experience.
About San Francisco Premium Outlets
The San Francisco Premium Outlets is located approximately 40 miles from downtown San Francisco in the beautiful wine country of Livermore Valley. My hometown! It’s the largest luxury outdoor outlet mall in California and there’s quite literally a store for everyone. Shop more than 180 designer and name-brand outlet stores including Off Saks, Bloomingdales, Prada, Kate Spade and Burberry. If you are a visitor to the area, make sure to also check out the area attractions like the amazing local cuisine and the abundance of fabulous wineries. Live local? Local residents are invited to shop and can pick up a Local Residents Discount Card for exclusive discounts in store! Sounds fab, right?! I also love that SFPO is an outdoor shopping center which makes us feel safer while we shop given the state of the World and they are Covid regulation compliant!
Our Visit
To beat the heat, we arrived at San Francisco Premium Outlets mid morning. The kids LOVE coming here to shop. We come here often for shopping since it’s conveniently located and has so many stores to shop! Plus, the Disney store is here and all you have to say is Disney and the kids pack into the car! Ha ha!
Tommy Hilfiger
What can I say about this store (actually stores, they also have a kids store located close by)! I love shopping here for myself as well as my husband and the kids store has SO MANY cute options to load up on for the school year! I snagged a few shirts for the boys as well as a cute khaki jacket for myself. Shopping win!
H&M
Next stop……H&M! You guys! They have the most adorable kids clothes and the prices can’t be beat! Not only did we come away with a ton of cute outfits for all four kids, I found some really awesome pieces as well. The store is HUGE! I don’t think it’s possible to leave that store empty handed. We definitely did some damage to my bank account here. Insert laughing emoji!
LaCoste
Oh LaCoste, how I love thee! This is one of my favorite stores to shop for Neil and me. They have an amazing selection for men and women and a whole wall dedicated to shoes! I picked up a fun pair for Neil along with some polos! The boys tagged along with me while the girls sought out a place to grab a snack.
Crocs
My kids LOVE Crocs! Honestly, I didn’t look at buying Crocs until my boys were learning to walk. I randomly purchased a pair for my son Will after his foot surgery since they are roomy. I can’t believe I was holding out on buying them! They are awesome! Now, all 4 of my kids wear them as well as me! The Crocs store is like a Crocs Fantasyland. You want a pink pair….they got it…..a green pair…of course and don’t get me started on all the patterns too! The Tie Dye ones were calling my name!
Disney Store
Oh, the moment we were all waiting for….Disney Store! I have to make this our last stop so the kids behave throughout our shopping trip. Joy, a lovely Disney Cast member, showed us around and informed us on the great Back To School deals they have right now. The Disney Store at San Francisco Premium Outlets has a huge variety of backpacks, lunchboxes and fun school supplies. Plus, we LOVE their stuffed animal wall. It’s gigantic! Nicky ended up with Star Wars gear as per usual!
Shopping sure makes us hungry! The San Francisco Premium Outlets have a huge variety of eateries. You can check out the selection, HERE. The kids love Wetzels Pretzels (they love that the pretzels are as big as their head, ha).
I would say this shopping trip was a success! The stores I featured along with all the other amazing brands are definitely worth the stop! I can’t tell you enough how much we love coming here for our shopping needs. I always find what we need and then some! THE MOST COMFY SHORTS YOU NEED NOW! I love my @thighsociety cargo shorts! They’re soft, don’t ride or roll up and can be worn as a base layer and by themselves 🙌🏻 They come in a variety of colors and I just love the cute pocket on the side. I wear these ALL. DAY. LONG! SAVE THIS RECIPE! These Ham and Gruyere Hand Pies are SO SIMPLE to make and DELICIOUS 🙌🏻 These make for a fun brunch/lunch idea and will be loved by all. You can also make in batches and reheat for later! You can even use that leftover ham from the holidays to make these too!
•preheat oven 400 (this will bake for 15-20 min)
•puff pastry cut into 12 equal sizes
•leftover Holiday ham for the win
•gruyere cheese (Swiss or brie work too)
•Dijon mustard
•egg brushes on the top
Make sure to use your fork around the edges to push the two pieces of pastry together for when it cooks. Cut a few small knife holes in the top to prevent bubbling. Enjoy! #handpie #puffpastry #puffpastryrecipes #forthoveofmeat

SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! This was a big hit last year so I wanted to share it again! These brie and cranberry puff pastry bites are SO EASY to make and a crowd pleaser for that Holiday gathering.
•mini muffin pan
•store bought puff pastry
•brie cheese
•cranberry sauce
•fresh rosemary
Preheat your oven to 425. Do not put these in until your oven is preheated! Place squares of puff pastry into the muffin pan, followed by cubes of brie cheese and a scoop of cranberry sauce. Bake for 10 min and add rosemary sprigs for garnish. It’s that easy!!! #easyrecipes #holidayrecipes

SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! Super easy and fun to make with the kids, these Puff Pastry and Nutella Gingerbread men are the perfect easy holiday treat!
•1 pack of store bought puff pastry
•Nutella
•powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 400. Roll out the puff pastry, spread a thin later of Nutella and add the second piece on top. Don’t forget to use the rolling pin to thin out the puff pastry. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the shapes and bake for 15 min. Sprinkle powdered sugar to the top.

SAVE AND SHARE THIS HOLIDAY RECIPE! I’m sharing this one again because it was a hit last year! My Fig and Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Bites are the PERFECT appetizer.
•puff pastry cut into squares
•fig jam
•goat cheese (cream cheese if you aren’t a goat cheese fan)
•walnut pieces
•mini muffin pan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray and place one puff pastry square in each muffin area and push down. Add a teaspoon of goat cheese and add the fig jam on top. Sprinkle walnut prices on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!!! Happy Holidays! #appetizerideas #holidayrecipes

SAVE THIS RECIPE POST! It’s another #puffpastry #recipe for the win 🙌🏻 Check out this SUPER EASY appetizer that’s perfect for Holiday party or football game coming up! You really only need TWO INGREDIENTS!
•Preheat oven to 400 (this will bake 12-15 min)
•Puff pastry
•pesto (I love the Costco pesto!)
•egg for egg wash over the twists
Make sure to put a good amount of pesto on the puff pastry. Twist and put on a non stick pan. Brush egg over the top to give it that golden color and bake for 12-15 min. Serve with marinara sauce and voilè you have yourself a crowd pleasing #holidayappetizers Enjoy! #holidayrecipes
