Silk Floral Dress
Well the Holidays are in full swing! Both trees are decorated and I did the outside lights yesterday. We just got home from our Disneyland trip this week and I need a vacation from our vacation! Although it was a blast, I am definitely ready to relax and have a quiet Christmas here at home (well after my Nutcracker performances). I feel like the Holidays come and go too quickly and sometimes its important to slow down and take it all in.
A few weeks back, we took a walk along some country roads here in Livermore. It truly is a beautiful place to live. Not only does it have rolling hills full of vineyards, it also has quite a cute downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants.
We stopped into Joan’s Farm and fed the Donkeys and goats. The kids always love doing that and then we made our way downtown for some hot cocoa and pastries at the local bakery.
I am wearing a silk floral dress by one of my favorite designers, Tory Burch. Right now, you can snatch it up on sale before it sells out. Although these boots are a few years old, I have linked a couple others that are very similar. I love how effortlessly chic her clothing and shoes are. This brand is definitely a staple in my closet, just ask my husband!

This past weekend it snowed here in the foothills and now today it’s going to be 80…. Today will be spent gardening. SAVE AND SHARE THIS RECIPE! This festive #stpatricksday recipe is the perfect lunch/snack for everyone! Being the Irish gal that I am, I like to make fun recipes for the kids and this one is s favorite.
•puff pastry sheets
•corned beef (or you can use pastrami)
•Dijon mustard
•Swiss cheese
•clover cookie cutter
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Use your cookie cutter on the puff pastry. Add Dijon mustard, corned beef and Swiss cheese to half the clovers. Put the remaining puff pastry on top. Use a fork to put down the sides and seal the puff pastry. Then, brush egg wash over them. These will bake for approximately 20 min. Trust me…..these are super easy to make and soooo yummy! #puffpastry

SAVE AND SHARE MY MOST VIEWED RECIPE ! This is one of my favorite and most watched recipes and for good reason! My Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake is SOOOO easy to make and perfect for brunch! This can also be frozen and eaten later! Don’t take my word for it….make it and let me know how fast it was devoured.
•4 large croissants
•12-16 oz of cubed ham
•6 oz of shredded gruyere cheese
•6 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
•1/2 cup chopped chives
•6 eggs
•1 cup half and half
•1 tsp. honey
•1 tsp. Dijon mustard
•salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375. In a baking dish (spray with non stick spray) add in croissants, ham, cheese and chives. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, honey, mustard and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bake and press down with a fork. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 50 min. This is such a great family recipe and feeds a good amount of people.
